1. Programs Offered

Soares Production SNC offers online courses, workshops, coaching, and masterclasses. These programs are delivered through video calls, downloadable content (such as PDFs and worksheets), and a Learning Management System (LMS). Please note that no 1:1 coaching or mentorship is included in these programs.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for the programs is accepted via credit card only. Clients may choose between a one-time payment or payment plans.
At this time, Soares Production SNC does not collect VAT.

3. Refund Policy

Clients can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, if the client has downloaded all of the program materials, no refund will be issued as this is considered misuse of the service. There are no non-refundable fees or services. Refund requests should be sent via email to the company.

4. Access to Programs

Clients will have access to the program materials as long as the program exists. However, Soares Production SNC reserves the right to cancel any program at its discretion. If a program is to be canceled, all clients who have paid in full or completed their payment plans will be notified 30 days in advance and will have the opportunity to download all available materials during this notice period.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience, clients are required to:

• Respect community guidelines as outlined in the program.

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.

• Complete all required exercises and activities.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, worksheets, and other downloadable content, are protected by copyright.
Soares Production SNC retains full ownership of all content. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, private use only. Any reproduction, adaptation, or distribution of the content without prior written permission from Soares Production SNC is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Participation in any of Soares Production SNC’s programs is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Should the client experience any health-related issues, they are encouraged to consult their physician or a qualified health professional.

Soares Production SNC limits its liability for any damages that may arise from the use of its programs or services. By enrolling in a program, the client acknowledges and agrees to this limitation of liability.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Soares Production SNC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in any program after such modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of Martigny, Switzerland.

By enrolling in any Soares Production SNC program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
