Let me start with this: I’m deeply cerebral.
Skeptical by nature.

If my life were a Friends episode, it would be called:
“The one who needed proof.”

I’ve always been the person who needs to see things for herself before believing anything.

Facts. Experience. Evidence.

Think Thomas in the Bible but with Wi-Fi and a critical mind.

Then, a few years ago, I lost my father.

That moment cracked something open. Not in a mystical, glitter-and-incense way but in a very human one. I wasn’t looking for beliefs. I was looking for understanding.

That’s when I discovered hypnosis.

And hypnosis didn’t turn me into someone else.
It opened a door.

A door to perceptions I didn’t yet know how to manage, regulate or even explain. Suddenly, things were clearer but also more confusing. Because opening perception without structure feels less like awakening… and more like following a drunk squirrel and calling it a roadmap !

Later came channeling and mediumship. Not because I was chasing them but because something felt incomplete, like a missing piece finally snapping into place.

I had always known these things existed. Now I needed to experience them for myself.

So I did what any skeptical person would do:
